- Choose Type of customer from "KVB Customer" and "Non-KVB Customer"
- You have to enter personal details like name, mobile, email, profession type, date of birth, etc in the required fields.
- Choose Address Proof from the given options
- Upload Address Proof Image
- Enter your Address
- Check the box "I hereby agree the Terms & conditions"
- Click on the submit button
