Documents Required for Kotak Mahindra Bank FASTag

Following documents are required to apply for Kotak FASTag:

• Signed Kotak FASTag application form provided by issuer bank which customers need to fill and submit to the bank
• Passport size photograph of the vehicle owner
• Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle
• KYC documents as per the category of the vehicle owner
• Valid driving licence
• Image of the vehicle (optional)

Fees and Charges of Kotak Mahindra Bank FASTag

(1) Tag Joining Fee: Free

(2) Tag Replacement Fee: Free

(3) One-time Tag Deposit Amount (as per table below)

Note: Threshold amount is the minimum recharge amount to be done at the time of tag activation

(4) Convenience Fee: Convenience Fee will be applicable for online recharge.

Instant Online Recharge of Kotak FASTag

1. Login to Kotak FASTag Customer Portal using your credentials
2. Click on "Recharge" at the left pane on your dashboard
3. Enter the amount
4. Select the payment method
5. Proceed to pay
6. On successful processing, you will be redirected to the dashboard where you can check the new available balance in your Kotak FASTag wallet

Recharge Kotak FASTag through UPI

1. Open any UPI app like paytm/BHIM/google pay
2. Enter "netc.[VehicleNO]@kotak" in the beneficiary address
3. Enter the amount that you want to recharge on your Kotak FASTag Wallet
4. Click on "Pay"
5. Your Kotak FASTag Wallet will get recharged
