Documents Required for Kotak Mahindra Bank FASTag
Following documents are required to apply for Kotak FASTag:
- Signed Kotak FASTag application form provided by issuer bank which customers need to fill and submit to the bank
- Passport size photograph of the vehicle owner
- Registration Certificate (RC) of the vehicle
- KYC documents as per the category of the vehicle owner
- Valid driving licence
- Image of the vehicle (optional)

How to Apply for Kotak FASTag?
- Step 1: Visit www.kotak.com/fastag
- Step 2: Click on 'Apply Now' button
- Step 3: Select Personal Vehicle
- Step 4: Proceed to start registration
- Step 5: Enter your Kotak CRN (Customer Relationship Number) and captcha code
- Step 6: Click on 'Continue' button
- Step 7: An OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number
- Step 8: Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number in the given space
- Step 9: Enter your Vehicle Number. Note that you can apply for maximum of 5 vehicles by clicking on 'Add More Vehicles' button
- Step 10: Verify your details
- Step 11: Make payment via UPI/ DC/CC/Net Banking
- Step 12: Your registration is complete
Instant Online Recharge of Kotak FASTag
- Login to Kotak FASTag Customer Portal using your credentials
- Click on "Recharge" at the left pane on your dashboard
- Enter the amount
- Select the payment method
- Click on 'Proceed' to pay
- On successful processing, you will be redirected to the dashboard where you can check the new available balance in your Kotak FASTag wallet
How to Recharge Kotak FASTag through UPI?
- Open any UPI app like paytm/BHIM/google pay
- Enter "netc.[VehicleNO]@kotak" in the beneficiary address
- Enter the amount that you want to recharge on your Kotak FASTag Wallet
- Click on "Pay" button
- Your Kotak FASTag Wallet will get recharged
