NHAI has rolled out program for Electronic Toll Collection on Toll Plazas on National Highways called "FASTag". Punjab National Bank offers FASTag to its customers. PNB FASTag offers near non-stop movement of vehicles through toll plazas and the convenience of cashless payment of toll fee.

Documents Required for PNB FASTag

Customers are required to bring in the below mentioned original documents as well as a copy of it, to get the FASTag account created:

• For Individual
  
  1. RC book of the vehicle
  2. Passport size photo of the vehicle owner
  3. PAN Card
  4. Customer Aadhaar Card(For non-CUB customers)
• For Corporate
  
  1. RC book of the vehicle
  2. Passport size photo of the vehicle owner
  3. Corporate PAN card
  4. Authorised Signatory Aadhaar
  5. GST certificate or company incorporation certificate

How to Buy PNB FASTag Online?

You can buy the PNB FASTag online by visiting its FASTag portal as per steps outlined below:

1. Visit PNB Bank website and go to its FASTag portal
2. Than click on "PNB FASTag"
3. Check "I Agree" button to accepts the terms & conditions related to FASTag
4. One form will appear where there will be 2 tabs, one for retail customer and another for corporate customers
5. Select the customer type from "retail" and "corporate"
6. Fill in the required details in the form
7. Verify the details once
8. Make the payment online through your preferred payment method
9. After the successful payment, PNB will send PNB FASTag at your address

How to Buy PNB FASTag Offline?

1. Visit any of the Point of Sale (POS) locations/ Punjab National Bank branches
2. Get your tag account created
3. If you are not a customer of Punjab National Bank, you need to carry original as well as copy of your KYC document along with your vehicle at the POS/ Sales office location

Recharge PNB FASTag through UPI

1. Open any UPI app like Paytm/BHIM/google pay
2. Enter "netc.[VehicleNO]@pnb" in the beneficiary address
3. Enter the amount that you want to recharge on your PNB FASTag Wallet
4. Click on "Pay"
5. Your PNB FASTag Wallet will get recharged

How to Recharge PNB FASTag?

You can get FASTag recharged through cash/cheque. This facility is available in selected point of sales (POS) locations at Toll Plazas and Punjab National Bank branches. Outlined below is the step-by-step process of offline recharge of PNB FASTag:

1. You need to visit any of the Punjab National Bank branches or Point of Sales (POS) locations
2. First of all you need to get your Punjab National Bank FASTag account created
3. You can deposit cash or cheque of the amount which you want for recharging PNB FASTag
4. Then your Punjab National Bank FASTag linked wallet will be recharged with the same amount
