SBI FASTag
SBI offers SBI FASTag to its customers so that they can drive their vehicles with ease and convenience through toll plazas on highways without the need of stopping in long queues to make toll payment.
SBI FASTag is a device that uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the prepaid or savings account linked to it.
SBI FASTag is presently operational at 600+ toll plazas across National and State Highways. SBI FASTag can be used across all toll plazas under the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) program. More toll plazas will be brought under the NETC program in the future.

How to Affix SBI FASTag?
Given-below are the steps to affix SBI FASTag:
- First of all, remove the adhesive liner from the SBI FASTag sticker
- Stick the FASTag on top middle of the windshield (behind the rear view mirror), stick it from inside the vehicle
- Press it gently and apply the sticker on the windshield

Tag Cost: Rs. 100 (including GST)

Documents Required for SBI FASTag
Since the SBI FASTag is linked to an account, KYC documentation would be required as per the KYC policy of the SBI. Documents required for SBI FASTag have been divided into two parts:
- Limited KYC Holder's Account: RC copy of the vehicle, ID and address proof and photo of the customer
- Full KYC Holder's Account: RC copy of the vehicle, ID and address proof and photo of the customer
Note: You are required to carry all the originals for verification purposes
How to Buy SBI FASTag?
- Visit any of the Point of Sale (POS) locations/ SBI branches
- Get your tag account created
- If you are not a customer of SBI, you need to carry original as well as copy of your KYC document along with your vehicle at the POS/ Sales office location

MoRTH/NHAI/IHMCL has launched 1033 helpline number for addressing FASTAG complaints at toll plaza level. Customer can simply dial 1033 from Mobile/Landline for the following issues:
- Stopped at the plaza for Tag blacklist reason even through Tag is not blacklisted.
- Plaza not accepting Fastag
- Plaza is not able to read the Tag
- Plaza is not supporting for monthly pass issuance
- Any other applicable issue for Fastag
How to Recharge SBI FASTag?
You can get FASTag recharged through cash/cheque. This facility is available in selected point of sales (POS) locations at Toll Plazas and State Bank of India branches. Outlined below is the step-by-step process of offline recharge of SBI FASTag:
- You need to visit any of the SBI branches or Point of Sales (POS) locations
- First of all you need to get your SBI FASTag account created
- You can deposit cash or cheque of the amount which you want for recharging SBI FASTag
- Then your SBI FASTag linked wallet will be recharged with the same amount
Recharge SBI FASTag through UPI
- Open any UPI app like Paytm/BHIM/google pay
- Enter "netc.[VehicleNO]@sbi" in the beneficiary address
- Enter the amount that you want to recharge on your SBI FASTag Wallet
- Click on "Pay"
- Your SBI FASTag Wallet will get recharged
