Step 1: Approach home branch of Indusind Bank where you maintain your account
Please visit the Indusind Bank Home Branch along with necessary documents such as copy of your Proof of Address like latest Telephone Bill, Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc. and proof of identity.
Step 2: Obtain KYC Details Change form
Meet Relationship Manager or Bank Executive and ask for 'KYC Details Change Form' which is required for changing registered Mobile Number.
Step 3: Fill up KYC Details Change form
Fill up KYC Details Change Form thoroughly. You need to mention following details:
- Your bank details like account number, name of account holder, type of account, etc.
- Tick or mention the details which you want to change like change of registered mobile number in this case
- Write your new Mobile Number in the space provided for it
- Put your Signature wherever required
Step 4: Submit KYC Details Change form along with necessary documents
Submit the duly filled up KYC Details Change form with your Proof of Address and Proof of identity (if asked for) to the Bank Executive.
Step 5: Take the acknowledgement of your request of change of registered mobile number
Bank Executive will verify your form, signature and other details. If he finds the form complete in all respect, he will give you an acknowledgement of your request.
Step 6: Processing of your request of changing registered Mobile Number
After due validation, Indusind Bank will change your registered Mobile Number in your account and in the bank records.
Step 7: Verify with the bank of change in your registered Mobile Number
You will be sent a notification by Indusind Bank either through SMS on your new mobile number or email about changing your registered Mobile Number in your account within a few hours. In case, your do not receive any intimation, you may contact your branch and confirm if the changes are processed.
