Pre-requisites for Online request for Internet Banking
- Mobile Number to be registered: Customer's Mobile Number should be registered with the bank for availing Internet Banking Facility
- Customer Id: It is to be noted that the user ID of Internet Banking is customer's Customer ID
- Record to be Updated: Customer's PAN Number or Date of Birth should be updated at branch level
Register for Punjab & Sind Bank Internet Banking
- Go to Punjab & Sind Bank Netbanking Page
- Click on 'Internet Banking Retail User'
- Click on 'New User' link
- Click on 'New User Registration'
- Enter your User Id and validate PAN Number or Date of Birth
- Enter your registered mobile number
- User Id and Mobile No. will be validated from bank's database
- An OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP in the given filed
- You will receive an SMS alert message regarding activation of Internet Banking on registered mobile number within 72 hours
- You will also receive an SMS alert message Login Password generation (Activation SMS for Internet Banking facility) on registered mobile number within 72 hours
- You need to generate the Login Password within 15 days after activation of Internet Banking
Generate Login Password through Punjab & Sind Bank Internet Banking
You can generate Login Password for the first time as per outlined process:
- Go to Punjab & Sind Bank Netbanking Page
- Under 'New User' link, click on 'New User Password Generation'
- Enter your user id, registered mobile number and request id (generated at the time of user registration)
- User Id and Mobile Number will be validated from bank's database
- An OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP in the given filed
- You will now be required to generate Login password for the first time
- Set new password and re-enter it
- Your login password will be generated successfully
- You can now login into Internet Banking by providing User ID and Login Password
Availing View or View and Transaction Facility through Punjab & Sind Bank Internet Banking
Initially Internet Banking facility is provided by default with 'View Only' facility but if you want to avail 'view and transaction' facility then you need to change it as per outlined process:
- Login to Punjab & Sind Bank Internet Banking
- Go to 'Preferences', now click on 'Change Menu Profile'
- There will be two options i.e. 'View Only' and 'View and Transaction'
- Click on 'View and Transaction'
- Enter your registered mobile number
- An OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number
- Enter the OTP in the provided space
- Now enter your Account Number, ATM Card Number, ATM PIN and ATM Validity date
- After that your Profile will be changed to 'View and Transaction'
- You need to logout and login again
- Now you need to generate transaction password
Generate Transaction Password through Punjab & Sind Bank Internet Banking
- Login to Punjab & Sind Bank Internet Banking
- Go to 'Preferences', click on 'Generate Transaction Password Online'
- Enter your ATM details i.e. ATM Card Number, ATM PIN and ATM Validity date for validation purpose
- After that your Transaction Password will be generated successfully
