Will be decided by the bank based on borrower's loan repayment capacity, income statements, cash flows and past track record of repayment.

Loan value from Rs. 2,00,000 to Rs. 15,00,000 can be given under this scheme.

Repayment tenure from 36 to 120 months is offered to the home loan borrowers. The borrowers can select any tenure upto 120 months according to their requirements.

Interest rate offered by the bank is very competitive. Interest rate ranging from (Reducing balance)from 15.75% to 17.75% p.a. is offered under this scheme.

Processing fees of 2% of loan amount (exclusive of taxes) is to be paid by the borrower.
