Repayment tenure from 36 to 240 months is offered to the home loan borrowers. The borrowers can select any tenure upto 240 months according to their requirements.

Interest rate offered by the bank is very competitive. Interest rate ranging from (Reducing balance)from 12.75% to 15.75% p.a. is offered under this scheme.

Processing fees in the range from 1.50% to 2% of loan amount (exclusive of taxes) is to be paid by the borrower.
