Documents Required to Apply for FASTag

Signed FASTag application form provided by issuer bank which customers need to fill and submit to the bank. Along with it, they need to submit the following documents to apply for FASTag based on their category.

All required documents for FASTag need to be in the name of the vehicle owner only. If the vehicle owner is not present at the time of application, driver will have to submit his photo ID proof as well.

Document Valid for Proof of Address

  • Utility Bill such as water Bill, telephone bill, Electricity bill (latest not more than 3 months old)
  • Voter's Photo ID card
  • Passport
  • Aadhaar Card(with address)
  • Rent Agreement
  • Photo Passbook of running Bank Account

Document Valid for Proof of Identity

  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhar Card(with address)

A valid driving license would be sufficient for Address & ID proof.
