How to Apply for a Learners Licence online?

Mentioned below is the step-by-step process of apply for a learner's licence online:

1. Applicant can visit https://parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice
2. Apply for Learner Licence
3. Click on the link "New Learning Licence"
4. Duly fill-in online application form
5. Take print of the application form along with the reference number
6. Submit this printout at the chosen RTO office

In case, the online transaction is not enabled, the applicants can submit the application in the prescribed CMV Form 2 or in unified form to the jurisdictional licensing authority.
