How to Set Account as Prime in Bandhan Bank through SMS?
What is Prime or Primary Account of a bank?: A prime or primary bank account refers to that bank account which is being used by you the most. Suppose you have multiple accounts with a particular bank, then you will have to set an account as "Prime" or "Primary" account so that the bank will make any transaction in/ from that account in absense of your instructions for making the said transaction in a specific account.
In order to set account as Prime in Bandhan Bank through SMS, you need to send one SMS to 9223011000. This SMS should be sent from your registered mobile number. Following is the step-by-step process to set account as Prime in Bandhan Bank through SMS:
- Step (1): Type 'SETPRIME <Account No.>' in your registered mobile
- Step (2): Send it to 9223011000
