What is MMID? MMID is an abbreviation of Mobile Money Identifier which is a 7 digit number allotted by your Bank for receiving funds through IMPS. MMID is a unique code and can be used with only one bank account.
Any bank allots MMID when you register your mobile number and account number in which you wish to receive funds. You need to share your mobile number along with your MMID with the remitter in order to receive funds through IMPS.
