For HUF (Hindu Undivided Family)

1. Proof of identity - PAN card, voter ID card, passport, driving license
2. Proof of address - Latest telephone bill or electricity bill
3. Letter of HUF duly signed by Karta and all Co-Parceners
4. PAN or GIR number or completed Form 60
5. Names of Karta and Co-Parceners with residential address
6. Latest passport-size photographs of all the authorised signatories

For Sole Proprietorship

1. Proof of identity - PAN card, voter ID card, passport, driving license
2. Proof of address - Latest telephone bill or electricity bill
3. Certificate from a State Government or Statutory Body or Trade License or Sales Tax Certificate or Shop and Establishment Certificate
4. Letter of proprietorship, duly signed by the proprietor in his or her individual capacity (with a rubber stamp)

For Partnership Firm

1. Proof of identity - PAN card, voter ID card, passport, driving license
2. Proof of address - Latest telephone bill or electricity bill
3. Partnership Deed and Registration Certificate
4. Shop and Establishment Certificate
5. Letter from partners approving the persons concerned to open and operate the account

For Private Limited Companies

1. Proof of identity - PAN card, voter ID card, passport, driving license
2. Proof of address - Latest telephone bill or electricity bill
3. Certificate of Incorporation and Commencement of Business
4. Memorandum and Articles of Association
5. Board resolution authorising the opening and operation of the account
6. PAN or General Index Registrar (GIR) number or completed Form 60
7. List of Directors with residential addresses

For Public Limited Companies

1. Proof of identity - PAN card, voter ID card, passport, driving license
2. Proof of address - Latest telephone bill or electricity bill
3. Certificate of Incorporation and Commencement of Business
4. Memorandum and Articles of Association
5. Board resolution authorising the opening and operation of the account
6. PAN or General Index Registrar (GIR) number or completed Form 60
7. List of Directors with residential addresses

For Clubs/Societies

1. Duly filled Application Form for opening of Account.
2. Certificate of Registration, if registered.
3. Power of Attorney (POA)granted to transact business on its behalf, if any.
4. Any document listing out the names and addresses of the trustees, sellers, beneficiaries, and those holding power of Attorney, and other key officials involved in the day to day management of the trust to the satisfaction of the bank.
5. Resolution of the managing body of the foundation.
6. Bye Laws of Society/ Bye-laws of Club.

For Trusts

1. Proof of identity - PAN card, voter ID card, passport, driving license
2. Proof of address - Latest telephone bill or electricity bill
3. Copy of the trust deed
4. Copy of the registration certificate
5. Copy of the resolution by the trustees authorising the members concerned to open and operate the account
6. List of trustees with residential addresses
7. Photographs of the members operating the account associations or clubs
8. Bye-laws of the association or club
9. Certificate of Registration
10. Copy of the resolution by the Board authorising the members concerned to open and operate the account
11. Photographs of the members operating the account

For Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP)

1. Duly filled Application Form for opening of Account.
2. Certificate of Registration issued by Registrar of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
3. Proof of Address of the entity
4. Permanent Account Number (PAN)
5. Latest colour passport size photograph of each of the existing authorised signatories
6. A copy of one valid photo identification and address proof document of each of the existing authorized signatories
7. In case Power of Attorney (POA) has been granted for Account operations, photograph and identity and address proof of the POA holder should also be submitted
8. Shareholding pattern / List of beneficial owners holding more than 25% in the company (Directly / Indirectly)(on letterhead)
9. Permanent Account Number (PAN) / Identity proof of such beneficial owners as identified above
10. Address proof of beneficial owners as identified above
11. Latest phone/mobile number and e-mail id of LLP
