Eligibility

Age group of the child should be between 1 day and 18 years. The guardian can open and operate the account on behalf of the minor.

  • Charges for non maintenance of minimum monthly average balance (NMMAB): 5% of the shortfall in required MAB
  • Statement: Free Monthly e-mail statement
  • Passbook facility: Available at base branch free of cost
  • Debit Card Fees for Account Holder: Nil
  • Cheque Book: Nil for 20 payable-at-par cheque leaves in a quarter & Rs. 20 for every additional cheque book of 10 leaves
  • Value Added SMS alert facility: Rs 15 per quarter
  • Outstation cheque collection (through ICICI bank branch locations): Rs 25 to Rs 200 per instrument based on value of cheque
  • Outstation cheque collection (through non ICICI bank branch locations): Rs 25 to Rs 200 per instrument based on value of cheque
  • Charges for Multicity cheque payment: Nil
  • Issue of DD drawn on ICICI Bank by cheque/transfer: Rs.50 per D.D. up to Rs.10000 and then Rs.3 per thousand rupees or part thereof for DD of more than Rs.10,000 (subject to a minimum of Rs.75 and maximum of Rs. 15000)
