  2. If you are not a registered member to myCIBIL, click here to sign up for the same & complete 3-steps process to create your login
  3. If you are already a member, login to myCIBIL with your username and password

  5. Go to 'My Account' tab on the top right of the screen
  6. You need to fill up free cibil score and report request form

A dispute can be initiated for any inaccuracy appearing in your CIBIL report. You need to identify the details which may have been incorrectly reported or not updated by your banks/ lender. Then you can initiate a dispute for your report through the online dispute form.

You can raise a dispute online with CIBIL for any of the inaccuracies appearing in your CIBIL report, for example,

  • Regarding account ownership
  • Duplication of information appearing in your credit report
