Find Your Name in E-Shram Card Yojana List and Get Rs 1000 Every Month

Government of India has implemented E-Shram Card Yojana across India. E-Shram Card scheme is a gift by the Indian Government to all the workers in unorganized sector for providing pension to them as a financial support. Through E-Shram Card Yojana, the government is helping all the weak backward class people particularly in unorganized sector. Under the E-Shram Card scheme, all the workers of India holding E-Shram Card, will receive Rs. 1000 in the bank accounts by the government at the end of every month. Not only this but the accidental Insurance cover of Rs. 2 Lakh under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) will also be given to the E-Shram Card holder.

All the social security benefits of unorganized workers will be delivered through e-shram portal. Further, in situations of emergency or national pandemic, government will use this database to provide necessary support to the workers of unorganized sector.

Eligibility for E-Shram Card Yojana

  • You should be worker in the unorganized sector
  • Your age must be between 16 years and 59 years
  • You should not be an income-tax payer
  • You should not be a member of Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO)
  • You should not be a member of Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

Who cannot apply for E-Shram Card?

Following persons cannot apply under E-Shram Card Yojana as they are not eligible for E-Shram Card Registration 2023:

  • Income tax payers
  • Member of Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO)
  • Member of Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

Documents Required for E-Shram Card Yojana

Following documents are required by the worker to register for e-shram card scheme on the e-shram portal:

  • Aadhaar Number
  • Aadhaar linked mobile number
  • Bank account

In case worker's mobile number is not linked to his Aadhaar, he needs to visit nearest CSC and can get himself registered through Biometric authentication for E-Shram Card scheme.

How to check whether your name is there in E-Shram Card List or not?

  1. To check your name under the E-shram Card scheme, first of all you have to go to the official website https://eshram.gov.in/
  2. After this the home page of the website will open
  3. If you are already registered then click on 'Update' option.
  4. On clicking, a new page will open
  5. In this page you have to enter your UAN number and date of birth
  6. Enter the captcha code
  7. Click on the option of Generate OTP
  8. After this, an OTP number will be sent on your registered mobile number
  9. Enter OTP
  10. Click on 'Submit' button
  11. Immediately after this a e-shram cards list will open in which you can search your name

In case your name is not there in the list then you can check the same through following steps:

  • Click on the search column
  • Enter your name
  • Click on the search button
  • It may take some time
  • After this an E-Shram Card List will appear
  • There will be same names of many workers as yours which will be there in the E-Shram Card List
  • You need to search your name
  • If you find your name in the list, you will receive the benefit of this scheme
  • If your name does not appear, you will not be able to receive the benefit of this scheme
