How to Avoid Blacklisting of FASTag?
Blacklisted FASTag implies that the vehicle is not allowed to pay toll fare through FASTag at the toll plaza. In such a case, you will have to pay toll fare through other mode such as cash payment.
There may be following possible reasons for blacklisting of FASTag:
- There is insufficient balance in the account or wallet linked with FASTag
- There is some rule violation complaint registered against the vehicle, so its FASTag is blacklisted by the law enforcement agencies
- The user has bought FASTag for one vehicle and using it for another vehicle
You will have to call your issuer bank's toll-free call centre number and get the reason of blacklist.
