Documents Required for Aadhaar Card
For Aadhaar enrolment, you are required to visit the Aadhaar enrolment centre of your choice personally. You can find your nearest enrolment centre by clicking here. You need to fill up an Aadhaar Enrolment Form (available at Aadhaar enrolment centre) and have to submit it along with valid documents of proof of identity, address proof and date of birth.
Please note that you should carry your original documents to the Aadhaar enrolment centre where these documents will be scanned and returned. There is no need to print and submit photocopies.
These valid documents are also required if you want to make any changes or updation in your existing Aadhaar card.

In case you are not having any proof of address in your own name, you can use the introducer or Head of Family in place of that.
If you use an introducer or Head of Family (HoF) to enrol into Aadhaar, a proof of relationship document is also required to be attached to the enrolment form.

Documents Required for Aadhaar Card for Children
Children below 5 years are not required to submit their biometrics. Children above 5 years have to submit the documents for enrolment of Aadhaar Card.
